dO i NEED TO bRING MY oWN mAT TO CLASS?

All participants are expected to bring their own mat to class. We have a few that can be borrowed if you forget, but they are limited.

Do you have an age REquirement?

We recommend that all participants be over the age of 8 and with an adult if a minor. We find it difficult for children under the age of 8 to remain focused for the entire class, on their mat, and engaged. We understand your child may enjoy the class, however, we want to ensure all of our guests get the class experience they expect. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a restroom?

We have an outhouse with a compostable toilet available for use.

Do you hold class outside?

Class is held outside. Therefore, it is weather contingent. In the case of inclement weather, we will cancel class and you will be notified via email. We TRY our best to cancel 4-6 hours before class, but mother nature doesn’t always cooperate. If we have to cancel you will be offered a refund or allowed to reschedule for an alternative date. We have a small tent that we use in the case of light rain if our class size is small enough. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
